1. If I have been in psychiatric treatment within the latest 5 years, I confirm that I received a dispensation from the head of the Golden Academy to start at the Golden Academy.
2. I promise to keep the following copyright agreement concerning MP3-CDs with music: MP3-CDs which contain music are not to be copied due to the copyright agreement with NCB.
3. I promise to keep the following copyright agreement concerning written summaries and MP3-CDs which are part of the student materials: Up to 15% of the materials of a weekend in the Golden Academy can be copied for friends or other students. If a student exceeds 15%, he or she violates the copyright rule, which may lead to closing the door for further education in the Golden Academy.
4. I promise to keep the following copyright agreement concerning web-TV which is meant for enrolled students of a specific level only:  Friends who are interested in the teaching of the Golden Academy but have not enrolled and paid for the weekend, are allowed to watch up to 10% of a weekend as appetizers. If a student allows a friend to exceed these 10%, he or she violates the copyright rule which may lead to closing the door for further education in the Golden Academy.
5. I will under no circumstance pass on the password for the web-TV which gives access to a specific weekend of teaching in The Golden Academy.
6. I enroll for the entire year and pay the fees for the 4 weekends.
